Keyword Domain Repository

The Keyword Domain Repository is a fully searchable database that contains ONLY domains that are exact match keyword only domains with search engine traffic for their keyword or keyword phrases.

What is an Exact Match Keyword Only Domain?

An exact match keyword only domain is a domain that contains only a keyword or keyword phrase that has search engine traffic. For example, the domain name creditcards.com is an exact match keyword only domain for the keyword phrase “credit cards” while the domain names credit-cards.com and creditcardsabconline.com are NOT exact match keyword only domains for the keyword phrase “credit cards”.

How do Domain Names Get in the Keyword Domain Repository?

New domain names are constantly being added to the keyword domain repository. The domain names that are added to the Repository come from 2 sources: our proprietary Domain Spider (not publicly available) and one of our our other tools available for free use: the Type-In Traffic Finder (this means that if you use the Type-In Traffic Finder to find a great domain name then you would be smart to act quick and register the domain through our “buy” link before it ends up in the Keyword Domain Repository!)

Premium members will be able to have full access to all domain names in the Keyword Domain Repository instantly while free members and non members will have access to all domains except for those added within the last 24 hours. Another reason that our premium membership is a great deal – sign up now!

Domain Names in the Keyword Domain Repository

Some of the current and past domain names that are in the Keyword Domain Repository available for hand registration include:

  • Marinater.com/Marinaters.com (great one word domain names)
  • PasswordDefault.com (246,000 monthly average searches in Google for “Password Default”)
  • NFLWeekPicks.com (90,500 monthly average searches in Google for “NFL Week Picks”)
  • AluminumSaw.com/AluminumSaws.com (great short two word domain names)
  • IPHowtoFind.com (60,500 monthly average searches in Google for “IP How to Find”)

There are also advanced searching features that allow you to filter domain names based on the number of keywords that the domain has. Right now there are currently 14 one word domain names in the Repository, over 4,000 two word domains in the Repository, and many more three or more word domain names in the Repository. Keep in mind that every single domain name in the Keyword Domain Repository is an exact match keyword only domain name and that the domains available in the Repository are constantly changing as existing domains are snapped up and hand registered and new domains are added.

All-in-One Domain Auction Tool

The All-in-One Domain Auction Tool is absolutely crucial to use if you want to find the best auction domains from multiple domain auctions in the most time efficient manner.

Multiple Domain Auction Sites

Our domain auction software ports in up to date data from multiple domain name auction houses like GoDaddy and SEDO. This way you can search through domains from all of the best domain name auctions using one easy to use interface. The beauty of it is that our interface is second to none and fully customizable and configurable by our members.

Premium Domain Name Auction Features

Our All-in-One Domain Auction Tool offers truly premium domain name auction features. Some of the data returned for each domain includes:

1. Keywords – The keywords column will hold any keywords that are stripped from the domain. (For example, if the domain bluewidgets.com is available at an auction then the keyword “blue widgets” will be shown in the column. If the domain blue-widgets.com or abcbluewidgets.com is available at auction then no keywords will be stripped from the domain because in order for this column to return any keywords then the domain must be an exact match keyword only domain like bluewidgets.com).

2. Keyword Traffic – The keyword traffic column contains the monthly search volume (as shown by Google) for the keyword or keyword phrase in the keywords column. (For example, if the domain bluewidgets.com is available at auction then not only will the keyword “blue widgets” show up in the above mentioned keywords column but the average number of times the keyword “blue widgets” is searched every month in Google will show up in the keyword traffic column).

3. CPC – The CPC or Cost Per Click column returns the average CPC for a keyword as shown by Google. This is very helpful in determining how competitive and how lucrative a potential niche for a domain is. (For example, the keyword “home loan” will obviously have a much higher CPC than the keyword phrase “cat litter”).

4. Traffic – The traffic column will return a value if the domain auction source keeps track of visits to the domain over the last 30 days. (Many auction houses like GoDaddy track how many unique visitors each of their auction domains receive for as long as they are able to track the data – i.e. as long as the domain is parked under their control).

5. Alexa – The Alexa column returns a link to determine if the domain has an Alexa rank. A domain’s Alexa rank is by no means a scientifically precise measure of traffic levels but generally speaking, the lower a domain’s Alexa ranking then the higher the domain’s traffic levels. (Tip: If a domain has any Alexa rank at all then that is usually a good indicator that at the very least there was some form of developed website on the domain at some point).

6. Yahoo Backlinks – The Yahoo backlinks column returns a link to determine if the domain has any existing backlinks recognized by Yahoo. This is a key piece of information to know as building backlinks is one of the hardest things to do when marketing any new site. A domain, which can have already existing backlinks, and even more aged backlinks, will increase in value the more quality backlinks that it has.

7. PageRank - The PageRank column returns a link to determine if the domain has any Google PageRank (PR). Finding auction domains with PageRank is a huge bonus when searching for auction domain names. It is not uncommon to find auction domain names with a PageRank of 3,4,5 and even higher.

8. WhoIs – The WhoIs column returns a link to check out the WhoIs record of the domain. The WhoIs record contains information on when the domain was first registered, whether the domain is publicly or privately registered, who the current registrant is, who the current registrar is, what the current nameservers are, and a wealth of other useful information.

9. Compete – The Compete column returns a link to determine if the domain has any metrics available from Compete.com. The data from Compete is similar to the Alexa data but offers a range of additional historical site analytics and domain information.

10. Archive – The Archive column returns a link to view any pages that the domain may have in the Internet Archive Wayback Machine. This is very useful information to have when trying to find out exactly what an auction domain was used for in the past (i.e It can help answer questions like: Did the domain have a fully built out website? What was the theme of the website? What are some of the popular pages? etc.) Tip: If you notice that a domain has a lot of data in the Internet Archives and you end up purchasing the domain and developing the domain then it can be a smart thing to do to find out what all of those old file names are from the Internet Archives (Way Back Machine) and then redirect those old pages to new pages that you create so that visitors expecting an old page will not see a 404 error page.
